Delete Your Wayn Account

We’re sorry to see you go! Once your account is deleted, your data will be permanently removed. If you are just looking to take a break, you can simply uninstall the app instead.

What you need to know:

• Profile & History: Your ride history, saved addresses, and profile details will be permanently erased.

• Credits & Promos: Any unused Wayn credits or active promo codes will be forfeited.

• Payment Info: All linked credit cards and payment methods will be removed from our active database.

• Drivers: If you are a driver, you will no longer be able to go online or access your earnings dashboard.

How to delete:

1. Go to App Settings in your Wayn app.

2. Select Delete Account.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts and delete.

Note: For legal and tax purposes, Wayn is required to keep records of past financial transactions for a set period of time.
